I’m Opal Ifaseye, the practitioner and founder behind Opal in Lemuria, a Ritual House devoted to ancient wisdom, modern ritual, and the many ways we return to ourselves.

My practice has grown through years of working across different forms of healing and spiritual care. Divination, energy work, sound, ritual, spiritual baths, fragrance and the simple practice of tending to yourself all have a place here. I don’t see them as separate offerings. They are different ways of listening to the same person.

I am interested in what is happening in your spirit, but I am equally interested in how you are living inside your body. What has your mind been carrying, and what has your nervous system grown accustomed to? I’m curious about where pleasure has disappeared, what keeps repeating, and what you are becoming curious enough to finally look at.

That is what being a holistic practitioner means to me. Nothing about being human is too ordinary or too taboo for the room.

I meet the shadow with curiosity rather than judgment. I believe awareness creates choice, and sometimes we need another person to hold up the mirror long enough for us to recognize what has been there all along. My role is not to become the authority over your life. I would rather remind you of your own.

This is why ritual matters so deeply to me. It can live in the bath you prepare, the O.I.L. fragrance you wear, the way you tend to your home, or the few minutes you take to listen before making your next move. Done often enough, ritual becomes a way of living.

Opal in Lemuria is the House I created for that remembrance.

There are different ways to enter. You may come through a private session, find yourself in something I’ve written, discover one of my ritual offerings, or perhaps you heard of me through a friend.

However you arrived, you do not need to know which door is yours before you enter.

Curiosity is enough.
